Baoilleach Distillery  is situated in an old cottage on a hillside overlooking Mulroy Bay outside the idyllic village of Carrigart, Co. Donegal, located along The Wild Atlantic Way. We are proud to be one of the smallest irish whiskey distilleries in Ireland and even prouder to produce quality Irish Whiskey which showcase the tastes and character of our distilling heritage of Donegal.

Here at Baoilleach Distillery we distill our Irish Whiskey using only the finest Ingredients and Care. We want to share our passion for small pot distilling and bring full flavoured Irish Whiskey to your glass.

We produce small batch Irish Whiskey and specialise in producing custom mash bills.
